As a competitive rower in my fifties I can't afford to take time off nursing injuries. Last winter I had a very stubborn Achilles tendonitis. After four months of twice a week therapy, with absolutely no improvement, I had trouble walking even short distances and couldn't do any cardio workouts at all. When the third doctor I consulted suggested physical therapy I told him it didn't work and he replied, 'you haven't met Daniela.'

If I look at the actual things Daniela does they don't seem to be different from other physical therapy. Six years after my ACL surgery, I still did not have full use of my knee and leg. I had been to two other physical therapists during that six year period before finding Integrated Rehabilitation Services. Integrated put together a customized and personalized recovery program that has given me full use of my knee and leg-I am as strong now as I was before my ACL tear.
