Patient Testimonial
I've been a patient (for back issues) for some time. My physical therapy concludes this week. I feel it's important to comment on one of your employees - Jennifer Fritts. I absolutely can not offer enough praise for her friendliness and professionalism. She has an admirable work ethic, and a tremendous amount of expertise.
I'm sure you are aware that Jennfer is so integral to the success of your clinic. Thank you so much for terrific experience.
DS, Ellington
In August, I had a total hip replacement. For about 2 months, Jennifer Fritts was there to improve my mobility. During that time Jennifer did so much more than routine rehab. She really listened to how I was feeling and responded to that in each session. As with most people, i had other issues (knee) that made doing some of the hip rehab painful to the other area. Jennifer always rose to the challenge and found a way to accomplish the initial purpose.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I will not have need for therapy in the near future, but if the need arises, Integrated will be my choice. The individualized care was the best I have experienced. Keep up the good work!SA, Enfield
